Devoted & loving mother of the late Elizabeth Marie Cuzzi, Patricia E. Piscatelli and her husband Warren Michealsen, Maria C. Moniz and her husband Lawrence Moniz. Cherished grandmother of Dina, Christopher, Dr. Nicole and Danielle and adored great grandmother of Nicholas, Victoria, Cameron and Allison.

A graveside funeral service in celebration of Raphaela's Life was held private for her family.

The Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapels of BELMONT assisted the family with arrangements.
