Of Belmont, passed away peacefully Monday evening February 5th, 2018 in the Tewksbury State Hospital at the age of 58.

Born on April 27, 1959 in Brighton; beloved son of the late Charles E. Turner and Helen L. (Welch) Turner, Chuck was a resident of the Walter E. Fernald State School for many years.

He is survived by his loving & devoted caretakers of WCI and his fellow residents at Clark Lane in Belmont.

A Funeral Service in celebration of Charles Life was held in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial on Tuesday Feb. 13th. Interment will be held private at the Massachusetts Veterans National Cemetery in Bourne.
