Steven F. Borelli
Of Weston, formerly of Newton, decided to enter heaven, Thursday, May 10, 2018, and is now finally at peace. He was 46.
Born and raised in Newton, he was a 1992 graduate of Newton North High School. Shortly after graduating high school, Steven moved to Weston and has been a resident ever since.
Steven enjoyed following the local sports teams, he loved his cat, "The Praetorian Guard," taking care of his car, his dad's moped, camp at Albemarle Acres, playing outside as kids, getting in trouble, and he enjoyed spending time in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Steven also loved going to his Auntie Bernie and Uncle Bobby's swimming pool in the summer.
He is survived by his loving father John Borelli, Sr. "Shorty" of Newton and his longtime companion Donna Quinn of Florida, his loving mother Margaret Hehir of Newton, his brother John Borelli, Jr. and his wife Christina of Lake Mary, FL, and his loving and adoring "partner in crime," his little sister Melissa "Buck" Borelli of Watertown. He is also survived by many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins and very good, long-time friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend funeral services from the Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody St., Waltham, Tuesday at 11 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Steven's life at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 547 Washington St., Newton, at 12 noon. Interment will be private. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 4-7 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
