Obituary for Mark C. Edmunds

Mark C. Edmunds 69,

Of Nashua NH, died on January 9, 2021. He was born in Waltham on May 30, 1951.

He is the beloved son of the late Richard D Edmunds and Virginia (Harris) Edmunds. He is preceded in death by his brother David Edmunds of Waltham and leaves his brother Peter Edmunds , also of Waltham.

Mark was born and raised in Waltham MA. He spent countless hours at the Boys Club in Waltham in his younger years. He settled in Caldwell NJ and spent his career in the food service industry. He retired from Fritz Reuter in 2013.

Mark was an avid Bruins fan and a lover of hockey. He coached hockey at Seton Hall in New Jersey and coached for many of the area leagues. Mark had a love for music. He performed on stage as a member and leader of the Edmunds Brothers Band and played along side his good friends Chris Calvanese and Dennis Tighe.

He moved closer to home and resided in Nashua for the past four years. He spent his free time volunteering at the local radio station participating in the oldies program on Saturday afternoons. He was a master of facts and trivia in music and had compiled a wealth of knowledge he was always happy to share.

He leaves behind many close friends that he considered family. Our memories will carry him forward.

For the safety of those we love and care about during this difficult time; and for those who wish to pay their respects to Mark and his family can do so in accordance with CDC, Federal, State and Local guidelines during Visiting Hours prior to the services in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons on Tuesday May 18th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Due to the on-going pandemic, we ask that friends please be mindful and respectful of current limitations in regard to social gatherings.
