Cecile (Gaudet) Benotti
Of Weston, MA passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday December 8, 2021 at 97 years old.
Cecile was born on August 16, 1924 in Gardner, MA and moved several times throughout her youth. She worked for 25 years at the New England Mica Company, where she was introduced to her husband Butch by a fellow co-worker, and then they settled in Weston, Ma and made that their home for the remainer of life.
Cecile devoted her life to her family and her faith. She had a strong faith in her God and was an active and devoted parishioner of Saint Julia's Church in Weston.
Cecile was preceded in death by her parents Fidele Gaudet and Beatrice (LeBlanc) Gaudet, her loving husband of 58 years Emmanuel (Butch) Benotti, and by all 12 of her siblings. She was cared for until her death by her loving niece Linda Drew and her husband Stephen of Waltham, MA. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, countless friends and fellow parishioners of her church St. Julia's Parish.
Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Services in celebration of Cecile's life to remember the love she shared with others from the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Saturday Dec. 18th at 9:00 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Julia's Church, Boston Post Road, Weston at 10:00 a.m. Her burial will follow at Linwood Cemetery in Weston. Visiting Hours will be held in the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home on Friday Dec. 17th from 1 - 4 p.m. Parking attendants will be on duty.
