Obituary for Felix J. Flores
Of Waltham, passed away on Sunday evening February 18, 2019 at the Stone Institute in Newton at the age of 71.
Born on December 1, 1947 in Barrinquitas, Puerto Rico; son of Felix Flores and Josephine Rodrigues Guzman, Felix has been a resident of Waltham for the past 50 years.
Felix was employed in the Maintenance Division of the Raytheon Corporation in Waltham for over 30 years.
He had a passion for his Puerto Rican heritage and loved to listen to music. He was a past member of the Waltham Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1018.
Beloved husband of the late Candida Flores.
Felix is survived by his devoted & loving children, Felix J. Flores Jr. and his wife Madeline of Marlborough and Louis A. Flores and his wife Lori of Waltham, Amilda Padilla of Waltham, Jose Rosado and his wife Celina of Marlborough, Yolanda Rosado of Waltham and several additional step-children. Cherished grandfather of Ruchelly, Janiris, Felix Jr., Anthony, Dimitrie, Luis, Alex, Cassandra, Rafael, Mauricio, Klarissa, Melinda, Victor, Jose and Azarry.
Brother of the late Pedro Flores and his wife Antonia of Puerto Rico.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Services in celebration of Felix's Life from the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Tuesday morning Feb. 26th at 9:00 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Mary's Church, 145 School Street, Waltham at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham. Visiting Hours will be held in the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons on Monday Feb. 25th from 4 - 8 p.m. Parking attendants on duty.
