Elvia A. (Irias) McQuillan
Of Waltham, passed away peacefully, early Sunday afternoon October 27th, 2019 in the Newton - Wellesley Hospital with her loving daughter & family by her side at the age of 72.
Born on July 11, 1947; daughter of the late Roque Jacinto Irias Moncada and Ramona Rodriguez Quinonez. Elvia immigrated to the United States and had been a longtime resident of Waltham.
Elvia is survived by her devoted & loving daughter, Johana Rodriguez and her husband Ernesto of Waltham and their children, her cherished grandsons Michael DeGloria and Adrian Rodriguez; her loving adoptive son/nephew Rene McQuillan and his wife Angela along with their children Jeremy, Alyssa and Ryleigh; and her dear siblings Concepcion Irias Rodriguez; Carlos Irias Rodriguez; Lidia Irias Rodriguez; Berthilia Irias Rodriguez; Victoria Irias Rodriguez; Maria Cleofe Irias Rodriguez; Salvador Irias Rodriguez; Irma Matamoros Rodriguez; and the late Christina Matamoros Rodriguez. In addition she is survived by many nieces & nephews.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Charles Thomas McQuillan in 2011.
Relatives & Friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Services in celebration of Elvia's Life from the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Saturday morning Nov. 2nd at 10:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Mary's Church, 145 School Street, Waltham at 11:30 a.m. Visiting Hours will be held in the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home on Friday evening Nov. 1st from 5 - 9 p.m.
